I had intended to record something every day this week in an attempt to try and find my 'flow' as it were. It didn't quite turn out that way but I still managed to cobble something together.
Once again this is simply a set of recordings of me 'thinking aloud' edited down to around 15-20 minutes.

The first and maybe the last

I've no idea if this is going to help me but I'm doing it anyway. The following recording is me chatting to a microphone about how I feel, my depression and how I feel about it.
I can't say I hope you enjoy listening to it because I don't think it is great listening but you can contact me if you are a fellow sufferer or are in the field of mental health.
